Every so often I get asked to sit in on interviews for new engineers. As an inexperienced interviewer the questions I ask aren’t very good. In an effort to improve, I’m going to look at why I think the questions I ask aren’t very good and how we could improve them. Hopefully by the end we’ll have more ideas for better questions.
